I think you need to indicate which movement you're talking about. My P5000 averages about +6/day, which isn't great, but forgivable (and expected) given that the power reserve is 8 days. For a long power reserve, the balance is obviously going to receive a stronger impulse when it's fully wound vs. in the last day. For my first Panerai I'm torn between the 111 (Unitas 6497) and the 510 (P5000). Can anyone tell me about their experience with the in-house movement.
