Surprised to see that a gen has such horrible SEL gap. Adds a new perspective for us when QC’ing watches. Sometimes we are just over thinking it. Regarding the SELs gap, unless there are more definite pictures, it’s probably not a gap you’re seeing. Because the SELs sit lower than the lugs, there are shadows casting on the SELs, which create a sort of optical illusion . for a lack of a better word. 😕
I'm looking out for options to close the gap on the bottom right of my sub. I have diffrent ideas, but looking out for more or better ones. The following things are my ideas: put a tape ond the left side of the sel, to center the gap and have on both sides a smaller gap, then a big one on the right side try smaller spring bars ?
