At the end of the first ever Panerai XPerience, early this September, I spent some time with Jean – Marc Pontroué, CEO of Panerai, talking about this experience, current product portfolio, present and future of the brand. We had the chance to sit down and chat with the CEO of Panerai, Mr Jean-Marc Pontroué about the recent Panerai-Razer collaboration and where he will be directing the brand’s reputation in the future for Panerai to continue to be a respected and admired name in the world of luxury watches. When the Panerai Luminor Submersible 1950 3 Days Automatic Bronzo, limited to just 1,000 watches, was released in 2011, it was an instant hit with collectors who appreciated the use of a novel material drawn from the brand’s maritime heritage.
