They insisted it was a fake (pointing out the folded links as the giveaway) but installed it anyway. Hi friends! Happy Xmas!!! Of all the genuine bracelets, the jubilee is going to be the cheapest. I made mine up, I already had a gen 62510H clasp that came on my gen 16750 (on a 78350 bracelet) Later on I bought a gen 78350 clasp for it. A few months back, I decided to try out a jubilee on my 6542. Went on VRF market and got a bracelet, complete with end links and . I left the original connecting links in place and because the soldered tubes in the hoods would not line up with the lug holes (DW 5513 case), I removed the tubes and let the bracelet hold the hoods against the case. It works Ok and is about the same as a genuine rivet style bracelet with floppy hoods. Here are the ingredients. - Gen 36mm Datejust 16233 E-series case (took me bloody 6 months to find one in decent condition) - Gen 36mm Datejust smooth bezel. - Gen 14270/114270 Swiss Made dial (bloody rare to find) - Gen 603 crown. - Gen Submariner seconds hand. - JF 16610 LN minute + hour hand.
The 7836 'Mary' bracelets are very good imho. I have one on the MBK '5512' and put a 78360 clasp on it with 7 adjustment holes.78360 was as close as I could get, could not find a 7836 replica clasp.
